Dress Code

Our goal is to provide a positive school climate where all students can focus on learning in a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment. 

The MMR Dress Code seeks to strike a balance between individual expression and the expectation of society for appropriate attire in an academic setting. Student dress should be appropriate for a learning environment and should not be a distraction for students and staff.  

Shoulders and midriff must be covered. Shorts must be an appropriate level. Provocative and revealing clothing is not permitted. Shoes are worn at all times hats are removed during the national anthem, formal assemblies and in classes where directed by staff. clothing and accessories with drug, alcohol, gang related, hate related, racist, sexist or homophobic statements, symbols, etc. are not permitted. 

Gym clothes and gym shoes must be worn during gym class.
